Because before they leave our factory, we put them through the most punishing tests to make sure they will last. 1. We roll around on them for durability We use a mechanical roller that simulates a 250-pound person rolling around the mattress 30000 times. A pressure gauge measures the effect of this springs, slats, and fillings. The construction must hold up to the high requirements. 2. We pull, tear and spill on them for fabric quality We conduct special fabric tests on mattresses by pulling, tearing, and spilling liquids to ensure than the ticking resists stains and is strong enough to last the lifetime of the mattresses. 3. We burn them for flame resistance For your safety, we apply the strict measures to ensure that our mattresses are flame resistant. We treat them with an organic flame retardant, followed by placing a cigarette on different areas for the mattress. The requirement is that it cannot catch fire.
